Socal new beginnings

It's that time again when we get to brag about all those wonderful things we hope to accomplish for the next 365 days. All those resolutions which more than likely will fly out the window after the first few days or weeks. The biggest of which for me is WEIGHT-LOSS or a HEALTHY LIFESTYLES. We aim to have that perfect summer bod for parading on the streets, along the coastlines and the pools.  Then the holiday arrives all those hard earn muscles decides to relax and soften up like butter and the negatives moves into positives...Such a waste of working out if I may say so.


Me, I don't just indulge on Holidays, I love food anytime of the year which creates this yo-yo game I call my demon. Up...Down...Up...Down. I have no self control when it comes to food(most days). For this reason I am committing to a "lifestyle change." (again)

I am going to start with a cleanse. I week. One week to reset my body so I can gain the full benefits of this drama I am putting myself through for the zillion times.

 Day 1: Juiced veggies and Juice all day

Juice 1
small beet with leaves
leaves from fennel bulb
1/2 celery head
4 carrots
1 Inch ginger root
1/2 head green cabbage
1 small lemon

 Wash, prepare and juice all ingredients in juicer


Juice 2
3 medium carrots
1 small green apple
1/2 inch Ginger
3 celery stalks
